Description

The traffic light at Wesleyan Dr and Haygood Rd is malfunctioning in the mornings. While travelling on Wesleyan, the light at Haygood turns red every five seconds when there is absolutely no traffic waiting on the Haygood Rd or Bayside HS side. This unnecessarily stops traffic on Wesleyan.
