Description

Pole number A2936 across from Heart and Dagger Saloon has two bulbs cycling independantly. Both lights are also very dim when they cycle on. Another street light, number A70(?)72 is directly across Lake Park Ave from A 2936, is also cycling. Please fix. Thanks.
