I agree. The smell is awful. Smells of sewage throughout the day near Milton and Drewry.

Agreed! I had a plumber come by to help with a stopped drain and HE mentioned the odor! I think some of it has to do with all of the debris in Crabtree creek which collects more debris with each storm.
My friends mention it whenever they come by.

This issue is being referred to Parks & Recreation and Public Utilities for investigation, an update will be posted once we hear back from them.

Public Utilities sent a crew out to investigate. They did not find any obvious reason for the smell other than this is an outfall line (they normally smell worse due to capacity). They will continue to look for solutions to deal with the problem, but this will probably not be an easy or quick fix. We will keep this issue open.

Thanks for your response. Could you please explain what an outfall line is? We've lived here almost 20 years and never had a problem like this before. What has happened to cause this problem? Or has something changed? I think that's where they need to look, if they can't find a blockage. Also what are you meaning by no "easy or quick fix"? Thank you for your help with this matter.
