Just want to let you know that Northumberland County did not clean the ditch and resolve the problem in front of my place of business. They cleaned the opposite side of the highway but never came back to clean the side in front of my office. The sign in front of my office now reads "ALL ABOUT YOU". We still have the backup problem with rain water, etc.
