Hello, a white GMC Yukon (lic # 5k28204) van has been parked in front of our house for over a week. It seems abandoned. This car is not only partially blocking our garage, but it is also on top of a sewage drain- which I believe it's illegal? Please refer to the appropriate agencies. Thanks in advance!
