To Whom it May Concern,
There is a tree that sits between the road and the sidewalk between my lot and my neighbor's lot (1515 Nottoway Ave.). It is dying and we'd like to request a tree removal before the branches (and eventually the tree) fall on our cars and houses.

This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Tree Mgmt Team (20020917160) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
