Every day at approximately 6:20AM - 7AM a yellow school bus pulls up on the curb right before the intersection of Van Pelt Street with Lombard and idles. This causes diesel fumes in the apartments in the 415 S. Van Pelt Apartment Complex adjacent to this area and it is exceedingly loud.
