Description
Cars frequently park past 4:00 p.m. near Shaw even though signage prohibits; also, some cars park far away (> 6") from the curb. Because many Raleigh streets are too small, parked cars stick into the lanes. Consider more parking enforcement along S. Blount St. (and elsewhere along Blount and Person with cars that do not park against the curb).

I have referred this our Park Raleigh staff. When they respond I will update the issue.

Our Park Raleigh staff has responded that they are aware of these concerns and will continue their enforcement efforts here. They will try to step up patrols in the next few weeks.
