Description

Blind pedestrian lives on this block. This pedestrian must cross Blount street where there are neither Blind Pedestrian signs nor crosswalks nor stoplights. Would like to request installation of a Blind Pedestrian sign near the corner of S Blount St and Bledsoe Ave.
