If your landlord is kind enough to allow you to have a dog, why am I the only person in Coatesville who carries poop bags to clean up the dog's waste? Its not fair to me to have to constantly step around feces in the alleys, on the street and to see it on my grass. Homeowners need to be fined if they do not require their tenants to pick up after the dogs. The other thing is that City Council should puts signs and bins to empty the waste into.
