Yes, between 4:45 - 5:00 am.

Riding my bicycle to work M-F, from Eastlake to Mentor, I see that this is a common practice. The Plain Dealer truck is the worst. However, the individual newspaper deliverers are out of control. By far my greatest danger on the road at 4:45 am.

This just happend again last week. This carrier is putting morning commuters at risk.
