Also, just curious... does purposely moving a snow covered car out of a driveway and into the street to CLEAN OFF snow considered throwing snow in the street?? Neighbor at 87(?) Abbe Lane is doing this as I type. Really... the Police Officer's truck is still in my neighbor's driveway. What is wrong with the residents of Clifton??
