Description
I have just received a call that all parking on even sides of the streets is banned today. The addendum to this message is to stay off the streets if at all possible. What are we supposed to do with our cars, and why was this not on the city's website last night?

Clarification on the city's parking ban in East rock:
The city is encouraging people to park on the odd side of the street between 11 am - 6 pm today, Wednesday, January 12. This was issued on Wednesday Morning. They will not be ticketing or towing people who park on the even side of the street, however.
