Smelly Trash on Julian at 16th.
On sidewalk near 179 Julian Ave-The SRO Hotel. likely came from their trash can put out tonight Thur 9/5/13
BEFORE their pick up date. OR maybe from the corner Mkt right there-LA LOMA PRODUCE MKT #14. 2 large bags worth of loose trash including smelly loose rotting food or maybe a dead body. 311 advised 9-5-13 11:30pm. They have a "goal" to clean it up in 24-48 hrs? My goal is to bet 100 to 1 odds and win that the pile of crap will be there on Monday. Any body want in? sfnutboy@gmail.com
