We have been reporting the pothole issue since March 27, 2013.
Called again on May 8, 2013.
Called again on July 11, 2013
Called again on August 20, 2013
Called again on August 27, 2012
Called again on August 30, 2013.
The entrance into the alley has deteriorated so bad that the hole is as large as a vehicle. This has escalated to a dangerous situation.
I would like a time frame as to when the city will come and fix the situation. All that happens when we call is told that the ticket is still open and leave a message.

9/5/2013 - Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City government. The size and scope of the hole in rear of 3207 Hermitage Road is duly noted. Please be aware that right now the graders are in the shop and this is causing a delay in turnaround time for alley repairs. Be assured that when the graders are out of the shop that alley maintenance turnaround times will increase. We have this alley listed for repair on CRS#-20020890539
