There are squatters in the house. There is also illegal activity going on...like drugs...

This issue will never be closed until these things are taken care of...so DO SOMETHING!

Stop sending me the notices about this place! It will NEVER be closed until SOMETHING is done! They're squatters! The owner is Home Partners Solutions in South Carolina...Columbia. They're stealing electricity, which is still in the name of the man who was buying it on a land contract! He no longer lives there!

Oh and while I'm ranting because the situation makes me so angry...

A police officer in the neighborhood told one of my neighbors, who had complained about the drug dealing, "so what do you want me to do about it?" Then the cop drove off...

The trash has been picked up and the yard cleaned up. However, I'm not willing to close this issue until the house is either demolished or sold to someone willing to restore the house ... given the filth and feces etc. inside the house I doubt that anyone who has the money to restore the house will actually want to buy it ... So please tear it down! It's blight on the neighborhood! And oh ... while I'm at it ... why is community development and the housing inspectors withholding funds so 57 Fairgrove and other homes can be torn down? Are they dumb enough to think that the EM will leave and everything will go back to the status quo? Ridiculous! TEAR DOWN THE HOUSE AND OTHERS THAT ARE MARKED FOR DEMOLITION!
