Description

A large mural has been painted on the side of a new house on Smedley and Fitzwater. It seems that the owner intended to do this and its on private property so I'm not commenting on the mural itself, but rather the mess that was left.

There is now a trail of red and black paint all over the sidewalk, dripping out into the street, in addition to running down the side of the building on the bricks and surrounding area. Again if the owner intended this look on the house, fine, but I dont thin this should be all over the sidewalks and street. I would imagine it requires some kind of permit to hang a mural that large outside a house and I can't image that painting the sidewalk and street was permitted.

Did anyone else see this mural and have any comment on what is going on here?
