Industry / Business operating with improper dirt/gravel driveway which has piled up on the median / turnaround and has prevented water from draining after any scale rain event in the nearby inlets. Ongoing issue. Rocks kicked up from drivers ahead onto following vehicles. Has been reported before. Pile still there and growing.
