Description

On EB I-94 there should be signs warning of the right lane exiting to 23 Mile Rd well before where they currently are. The 1st sign giving any warning of this is on the Cotton Rd overpass which is just a little over a quarter mile away from the actual exit. Being a local driver that passes through there a lot I understand what happens to that far right lane but out-of-towners -- ESPECIALLY truck/semi drivers -- don't have enough time to react. I've seen truck drivers move to the center lane to let people get on at 21 Mile, spend the next half mile trying to get back in the right lane only to see the lane is disappearing and are forced to frantically get back over to the center lane. There should be something on the 21 Mile Rd over pass giving everyone a heads-up!
