When the traffic light on eastbound 13 mile rd and Groesbeck turns green the light at 13 mile rd and Utica is red. This cause a backup on 13 mile that backs into the northbound right lane of Groesbeck northbound at 13 mile rd. There is only about 100 yards between the two lights. When a train goes by the traffic is jammed between Groesbeck and Utica all the time. Send someone with a brain out to do something before someone gets hurt!
