Thanks for reporting this. This is likely due to settlement in the road, around a sewer structure. At this point, we may be able to place some asphalt around the structure if the manhole is sticking up too high. A permanent adjustment of the structure would be done at the time this street is resurfaced.

We are in the process of evaluating all of our streets, comprehensively. That will allow us to plan for and schedule the appropriate maintenance at the appropriate time, system wide. This comprehensive assessment should be ready to use this fall.
