At what time of day is this issue happening?

Complaints are coming in around 8 AM and during lunch at 1 PM M-F .

An adjustment has been made to ensure that the left turn signals come up for every cycle of the light. The lights on Perimeter Center Parkway have been synchronized recently to improve traffic flow along the corridor.
