Off Ramp/Armand Hammer Blvd/Indusrtrial Blvd. intersection has been getting blocked due to to many people going through green light turning left onto Armand Hammer from Industrial. People coming off the ramp going straight across to Industrial are not being able to cross due to back up from light at Home Depot intersection. Seems like timing may be off at the light in front of Home Depot up to the hospital.
