Description

It appears that Bainbridge Thai Cuisine at 330 Madison Avenue South recently installed a new exhaust fan. This fan is markedly louder than the old one. While my wife and I recognize that we live in "urban" Winslow, noise from the exhaust fan is constant - from about 9:00 am to about 10:00 pm. Using a noise meter on our iPhone, we get a consistent reading of 55+ with regular peaks above 60. We live 250+ feet from the exhaust fan. After reviewing the Bainbridge Island Noise Ordinance, we feel that this noise violates the ordinance.
We have no desire to be at odds with a neighboring business, and ask that you address this matter diplomatically and in a way that preserves our privacy.
