Descripción

There is am open drain just outside of Market Hall Produce in Rockridge. Frequently a huge amount of effluent comes out and pours openly down the gutter to the street drain at Shafter and Forest. Today's effluent has a scented soapy mixture added to disguise the usual awful smell. I will send a separate photo of the soapy area.
