These folks have built a structure on Fletcher Creek Park land, for their compost (apparently). The structure is behind their fence. They are in the process of building a gate to access this park area. You can easily see it from the park pathway. They should not be encroaching on park property. There may be groundwater implications, since it is located on top of a hill right above the creek, depending on what they keep there. Please investigate, thanks!
