Certain sections are currently on the list to be paved in 2012. As for pothole repair, that should be done shortly if it hasn't already.

Thanks for the update MC Traffic but on the list kinda means nothing. Green Pond Road could be 15th on the list. I'm sure there are many roads on that list. So I guess we all have to wait til 2012 to see what happens. As far as pot holes being repaired, yes its better than a couple months ago, but a few remain. I hope for a less bumpy ride in 2012.

Green pond road is now worse than ever in this area, the road is still being ignored by the county and the town. The pot holes and bumps in the slow lane are deeper and the newest problem is going north bound by the hotel there is a rut / road sinking that pulls your car towards the guard rail when your tire catches it. When is someone going to fix this .We are definitely being forgotten in the north end of the county.2012 is almost over and i haven't seen a shovel full of asphalt be put down. This is a highly traveled road and the trucks going to and from the industrial parks and businesses are making it worse.Who is going to pay to repair our cars from the constant pounding they are taking.i bet if this was Chester or Randolph are road would be smooth as glass.

It actually has gotten better believe it or not. The only bad area now is the "industrial" area between Rt 80 and Meriden Dr/Rd. The fast lane is better than the slow lane. Atleast the rest of the road got patched. The patched areas look like they will hold up for a while. But we will see after the beating it will take this winter. MC Traffic said Green Pond would be repaved this year. Well the year is over and nothing. Maybe next 2013.

Green Pond Road from 80 West Ramp to Commons Way was just awarded for Design, paving will begin as soon as plans are completed. Most likely in the summer. I know it is fustrating but since we use federal money for much of our paving projects, it is a timely process. It was supposed to be completed in 2011 but NJDOT starting requiring more stingent requirements for ADA which delayed most of our paving projects. It will definitely be done this year.

its now 6-17-13 this road has not been touched and is worse than ever in this area and getting bad all the way to rt 23 . WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE REPAVED . THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Its now 5-17-19 they repaved the road a couple of years ago. This made the water standing in the slow lane going NORTH even worse. So now they are fixing the south bound side . Why don't they fix the north bound side, first of all so drains aren't in the travel lanes and secondly make the road a little higher so we don't have 20 ft long 6 inch deep 3 foot wide puddles. Does someone doing 40-45 mph have to hydroplane into tree and get killed before this will be taken care of once and for all.

Almost 10 years and you still can’t do speed limit in slow lane when it rains more that a sprinkle. This road and drainage needs to be fixed. The did something southbound that just made it bumpy. Please fix the area from sanders road to the Mack dealer North bound to make it safer.

2-9-2021 slow lane still dangerous when it rains water still puddles and makes vehicles hydroplane.never been touched.
