This has been a problem for a very long time. It is right in front of our house.

Hello Macon? This issue still has not been resolved. It's been a month folks. This has been going on for years and it needs to stop. Please fix this! I see trash being cleaned up and planters being fixed all around the city, but this is a serious issue (not cosmetic). Every time it rains this oil runs down the street into the storm drains and into our water supply. Not to mention, our pets walk around in this area--if they get it on their paws and lick their paws they become sick. I would also be scared that if some unknowing person were to drive by and throw a cigarette out of their window that the whole neighborhood would go up in flames!
