Description

Encampment is illegally located on sidewalk. They are blocking foot traffic and threatening public safety with defecation, urine and drug needles. OPD needs to clear area and Public Works needs to clean up junk. Situation has been passes to all media outlets. Video has also been captured and been distributed to national media.
