    Issue has not been resolved. Do not send me an email saying that the issue has been addressed. Our while block is being threatened by drugs addicts and vagrants. The whole weekend was horrible. The neighborhood groups have had enough. We just met and we are consulting with a law firm to sue The City of Oakland for not providing services to keep our neighborhood safe. We need regular police drive by's, we need to make parking illegal on that corner, we need to enforce the no loitering zone, we need lights on that corner. Give us something. We deserve to live on a safe street.

    Homeless encampment had man masterbating in broad daylight. What else do you need to remove an illegal camp in the sidewalk? East Bay Express was called to shed light because the city does not want to keep the neighborhood safe. FYI, a lawsuit is being considered by several neighborhood org's against the City of Oakland regarding its non action with St. Andrews Park and the surrounding area.
