The extent of enforcement with regard to scooters, includes removing them from the public right-of-way. City staff does not confiscate scooters.

the city of Ann Arbor gets paid by the spin scooter company to move scooters from the sidewalks. this is according to other complaints and responses from the city. the city has reversed their stance on this to say they are no longer responsible despite recieving a check from the corporation.
