Opis

Our alley has been closed for over 2 weeks due to a sink-hole. I reported that our cans at this corner had not been emptied last Thursday and was assured it would be remedied within 2 days. Now there is two weeks of garbage, half of it on the ground as WM never showed up to collect. This is NOT the fault of property owners at this location. The alley is STILL CLOSED so imagine WM will neglect to pick it up tomorrow as well.
