Description

The whole of Nicol Avenue, from Fruitvale to Coolidge is undrivable. It’s as if we live in a third-world country. It’s destroying our cars, bikes, and other modes of transportation. It also looks terrible. This street needs to be fixed immediately before someone actually gets hurt or causes irreparable damage to their vehicle. Oakland, please help!
