As a member of the Dimond Improvement Association and a bicyclist, I have been involved with planning for this intersection since 2002. I visited the site yesterday to observe how EB traffic on MacArthur flows through the intersection. The left-turn pocket works well. Moving the bus stop has made a great improvement as buses formerly blocked right turning movements and often blocked the through lane. There is not sufficient width to add a right-turn lane.
