I have lived on north Franklin for2 years and speeding on this section of road has always been an issue. We even get ppl driving the wrong way on the one way section all the time. No one cares that there are kids living here. Heaven forbid you drive more than 20 mph on south Franklin st before a thug comes out and yells at you BC their kids are playing football in the street. Ppl just have to learn to do the limit at 25 mph on these streets and in these neighborhoods. I nearly got hit getting out of my car last week BC someone in an escalde went flying down the street when school let out. Seriously, speeding is still an issue up here. Slow it down!
