When headed westbound on NY Route 9R (Columbia St.), drivers are still not getting the message that the left lane is marked for LEFT-TURNS ONLY!!!!

This morning, I was almost KILLED by a woman who INSISTED on cutting around me on the left, just to get ahead of me!

After the light turned green, I proceeded through the intersection, signaled that I wanted to move into the left lane, but this woman was trying to pass me in the LEFT-TURN ONLY lane, and almost crashed into the left side of my vehicle!!!

This intersection needs a LEFT-TURN ONLY sign, and for the police to TICKET drivers who go straight in the LEFT LANE!!
