WENT OFF AGAIN FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS. I don't get one, one day they are on, one day it is off. Are they solar? Is the issue??

The light once again is still not working so the block is very dark

There are street lights out towards the corner of the block (closer to S. Expressway Drive) so it is extremely dark at the end of the block, which now all teens like to hang out. Please can we get this fixed??? It has been months. 28 norma blvd holbrook ny
