I recently heard the old Venice Plaza at 1727 Snyder Ave is delinquent taxes and has been sited as well. How can we better our neighborhood with an eyesore like this sitting on Snyder Ave and place where I grew up. 4 years plus this huge building sits vacant, abandon and decaying. Massive holes where the windows use to be are not even boarding up. It sad and unfortunate in such an up and coming area.

Still vacant. Delinquent in taxes, illegal dumping happening constantly. Sadly there is a daycare next store too. And the alley gate connected to it is falling off the hinges. I cleaned the entire alley myself last fall along with cleaning up the stray cat population here as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
