The concrete walk that bridges the space between the street and main sidewalk is collapsing due to a void in the earth below it. It appears the soil has eroded away, possibly into the storm water system, causing the concrete to collapse.

This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team (20020915092) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
