Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be advised we investigated the below grade manhole on 8/7/2013 and determined the manhole is the responsibility of DC Street Lights. We referred it to DC Street Lights.

The manhole lid in the intersection belongs to DC Street Lights Division and needs to be raised, per Inspector Blunt.

Per Inspector Rick Turner; went to location on 8/16/14 & stated that the work was completed. Request Closed...
