Any Stone Street residents willing to be part of a conversation with WVRA and the new Westville Village Apts. owners and see if they might be willing to take part in addressing this challenge? From what I understand, Parks is operating at less-than-full capacity right now and I think the solution (for the trash issues as well as broader issues in the park) will take neighbors, Parks and the business community working together.
