There's a lot of trash/misc stuff that should be in a dump in front of the fence in the yard. and there are 3 broken down cars in the yard and driveway

Piles of torn down fencing, overgrown grass, etc. eyesore for neighborhood ☹️

Grass has mostly been cut and fencing is still visible when driving by on Dawn and possibly Mandalay or Greenpoint. It is better than it was.

It's a constant problem. Grass is mostly cut except for spot on Dawn Street. Multiple non-moving cars in driveway or front yard. Business vehicle parks in front yard. It's interesting when you drive by. I wouldn't want to be their neighbors.

I have sent the owner a ticket and forwarded the issue to the law department to take further action.

It is better, overall but there is still one broken down car in driveway, a "parts" car or non moving vehicle in the side yard and a horse trailer on the other side yard.
