This issue has not been addressed. Sink hole is getting bigger.

9/6/2013 - Thanks so much for communication Steve - this location has been resubmitted to Roadway requesting a safety inspection for this situation - rtt

9/9/2013 - Hello Steve, the team asks if this hole is on the pavement or the dirt shoulder by the guardrail - they filled a huge hole in the asphalt pavement and they need to make sure we have patched the correct item - rtt

The sink hole in question is on the edge of the shoulder by the guardrail. The hole is growing toward the roadway and will become a bigger problem soon.

9/12/2013 - Roadway Mgmt Team noted this shoulder of road repair has been placed on their schedule for maintenance within the next 48 hours (weather permitting) - rtt
