The sign company has requested extra time and the city is continuing to work with them.

Shoudn't the city be fining them by now?

The point of time that a citation is to be written is at the discretion of the Code Enforcement Officer. While there is open communication and a reasonable time frame to which a remedy is to be completed, no citation will be issued.

All signs have been reconstructed to conform to code. Thank you.
