Long Cracks, Potholes, Potholes starting to form. On Williams Lake Road, from about Macey St.... south... to Gale Rd. Time to fix it now before huge problems later.
You're absolutely right. That would be the best thing to do to preserve the road. And if we had funding to do that, we would. Just as we would apply the appropriate fix at the appropriate time to so many other roads that would help to preserve our investment in those roads...if we only had the money. Sadly, with the road funding crisis continuing in our state, we do not.

I appreciate the reply, but the simple fact is if the OCRC can't fix the roads, then I don't understand what their purpose is. Why do we need them? Should the RC be shut down and/or be privatized? Is the problem top leadership is not capable of running a business? The road fix here is probably about 0.5 to 1 cubic yard of material needed to patch the holes. It would take about two hours or less, and it would prolong the road's life at least five years. So _________ + 2 X $___/hr = ____________? My guess: less than $200. Such a shame to just not try, and spriral downward. The repaving of Dixie Highway (a State Project) makes Waterford look SO much better, more upscale, a great community worth investing in.
