Beyond fixing the Arrigoni Bridge, syncronize the lights between St. Johns Square and Rt. 9. Traffic crossing the intersection after coming off the bridge in Middletown, blocks eastbound commuters who attempt to travel east over the Arrigoini bridge. Traffic is always backed up along Hartford avenue from Rt. 9 ,right into St. Johns Square, blocking the intersection. This then backs up traffic along Main St. Middletown traveling towards the bridge. This is outdated big time !
