Since repairs/updates to water meters, the flow of water has never resumed correctly under the drive way of 341 Elbert St and has eroded the topical gravel causing a large rut where the drive way meets the public road. The home owner has a vehicle that is low to the ground and this drainage issue presents a persistent problem for travel.
