I agree as well. The eastbound left lane is particularly hazardous to motorcycles. The bumps can launch a rider out of his seat if he is going the speed limit. These lumps are likely caused by karst limestone beneath the road. To fix properly, if this is the case, the karst would need to be excavated or the surface would need to be substantial enough to effectively be a bridge.
