I have read complaints from construction workers (on click fix and other news) and dozens of pedestrians who claim the police , with no fear of reprisal , no authority to question them, go into their cars for too long , go to nearby bushes to talk on cell phones , text and threaten anyone who questions them with arrest..Complaints from Construction Companies also are along the lines of ," How'd you get this job"? ,"What qualifications do you have"?,"Your not doing it right"..Problem with flag wavers is nothing but disgruntlement from police , who will stop at nothing to get that OT back
