Illegal U-Turn into oncoming traffic! Heading towards Toano on US60 at the intersection of Olde Towne Rd & Richmond Rd (US60) there are two "No U-Turn" signs posted, but people still make the U-Turn here. What they don’t realize is that the traffic on Olde Towne Rd has a “GREEN” Right Turn Arrow and the people making the illegal U-Turn are going to cause a HEAD ON COLLISSION! JCC County Police needs to monitor this site and start pulling these people over. Would be a excellent spot for a camera.
